Reconciliation & First Eucharist

Thank you to all those parents who attended one of the Commitment Masses for First Eucharist/ Reconciliation, last weekend.  Apologies to all those families who unfortunately were turned away from the 5pm Mass on the Sunday as it was at capacity. Please ensure you have handed your pink enrolment form and baptismal certificate into the Parish.

Enrolment online has closed and all payment envelopes should have been given to your child's classroom teacher at Mother Teresa School.

Something to Think About

How do you know if someone is alive? Can you feel your heart beating? Maybe a grown up can show you how to take your pulse.

The Story

Today’s gospel shows us that no problem is too big for Jesus.

A man named Jairus asked Jesus to heal his daughter who was dying. By the time Jesus arrived, the little girl had died. But Jesus raised her back to life.

Group Discussion

Can you imagine how relieved Jairus must have felt to find Jesus and to hear Jesus agreeing to come and help his daughter? How do you think Jairus felt after the heard that his daughter had already died? Jairus still had faith and kept on believing that Jesus could do what seemed impossible.
