OCTOBER - CATHOLIC MISSION MONTH
Catholic Mission is the Pope’s international Mission agency in Australia. This year, Pope Leo XIV reminds us that faith, prayer and generosity can transform entire communities. His message for World Mission Month encourages us to see how our small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the lives of others.
Families are invited to watch Pope Leo XIV’s World Mission Sunday Address together
and reflect on how we can live out this mission of hope in our own community.
SOCKTOBER - RAISING MONEY FOR CATHOLIC MISSION
October is World Mission Month, which is a special time in the Catholic Church to learn about, pray for and support children and families in need around the world. To help support the work of Catholic Mission Australia, we will be raising money by participating in SOCKTOBER.
On Friday 31st October (Week 3), children are invited to wear their craziest socks and bring a gold coin donation to school. Each grade will collect their donations in a sock and every gold coin helps Catholic Mission support children and families in need.
Weekend Mass times
Saturday – 5:00pm.
Sunday – 8:00am, 9:30am and 5:00pm.
