Thank you to Mrs Radic, Mrs Macarthur, Mrs O’Keefe & Mrs Quinane along with the students in Year 4 Amethyst & Indigo, for presenting a fabulous Prayer Focus on Courage. The students did an amazing job at presenting what courage looks like
at MTS. They told the story of David and Goliath and shared a fabulous song with actions about ‘I’m going to brave; I’m going to be strong and courageous.’

Something to Think About
Jesus stood among his disciples and offered them peace. Do you bring peace to your family? To your friends? What can you do this week to be a peacemaker?
The Story
While the disciples were walking along the road to Emmaus, Jesus appeared to them, but they did not recognise him at first. They recognised Jesus when he broke the bread.
As the disciples were talking about this, Jesus appeared to them again. They were afraid and thought they were seeing a ghost, but Jesus showed them his hands and his feet. The disciples were filled with joy to see Jesus. They gave Jesus some fish to eat, and Jesus explained the Scriptures to the disciples.
