Sharing their Talent
During the week several of our students shared their guitar talent and entertained the school. All the children involved learn through MOJO, the company we use to teach guitar. Congratulations to each student for their wonderful performance.
After much thought and consideration our beautiful and talented Mrs Susan Curbishely, our music teacher, has decided it is time to share her skills and interest in music play therapy and preschool music training. Susan is keen to work with her local neighbourhood group in establishing music playgroups as a part of teaching English. In the short time I have been at MTS, Susan has provided many amazing experiences and opportunities for the children to be involved in. We wish her all the very best in her next musical adventure.
Our Semester Two reports will be issued in Week 10. Families leaving must copy or save all documents on Compass as you will no longer have access once your child finishes at MTS

‘One Talk at a Time’
Information and resources are now available to schools and families, to help protect young people from sexual abuse. ‘One Talk at a Time’ is a national campaign
against child sexual abuse, launched by the National Office for Child Safety. The campaign encourages adults to have ongoing, proactive, preventative conversations with children in their care.
Illness Within the School
Please be aware that this week we have had a number of students unwell with vomiting and others unwell with COVID. Please keep an eye on your children and should they present with any symptoms please keep them home to rest and recover. Children who have vomited must be kept home for 24 hours.
Are You Leaving MTS
We are still receiving lots of enquiries for enrolment in all grades across the school. If you are aware of a possible move, please advise as soon as possible. This will help with our planning for 2024.
