On the weekend the Gungahlin United Football Club- Pathways team travelled to Sydney to train at the Western Sydney Wanderers Academy - the leading provider and producers of Football development in Australia. The boys braved an incredibly hot 30° Degree day to train with the most elite Football Coaches in Australia.

Our boys then headed to the Commbank Stadium being invited by the Western Sydney Wanderers to walk out with the players on the field which was being broadcasted on Paramount+ Sports with all of Australia tuning in. The boys also got to perform the half time show to show off their incredible Football skills on the field in front of a boisterous crowd.

Our very own Luke J was also selected to do the coin toss. Which he performed magnificently.

The Western Sydney Wanderers are the top team in the Australian A League Football.

The Gungahlin United Football Club - Pathways team is a selection of the top Football players in Canberra for their age group.
